Matthew Wigton has been the pastor of Rockport Baptist Church since 2009.  He holds a B.A. from The Ohio State University and an M.Div from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.  He’s married to Megan and they have three young children, Alistair, Ainsley and Addison. Matt served as an elected member of the Rockport Housing Authority from 2013-2018. He is the 2023-2024 President of the Rotary Club of Rockport and the 2023-2024 Moderator of the Adoniram Judson Association of the American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts. He has a passion for church revitalization in the local and historical churches of New England.

Shaina Stowell is a lifelong resident of Cape Ann and a graduate of Rockport schools.  She has a passion for the mission of the local church and has been active in the life of Rockport Baptist for the last few years.  She has previously worked in purchasing and sales in the health industry. Shaina lives in Rockport with her three young children.

Katie Favaloro has served in several capacities at the church since 2014. She is a Rockport native and 2017 graduate of Rockport High School. She recently graduated from the University of Southern Maine where she was a part of the Women’s Softball Team, Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity, and the Model United Nations Club. She spends most of her time outside with her dogs. Katie is also a member of the Rockport Fire Department.
